I’m not quite sure which aspect of this story I find more inspiring; the fact that when properly motivated, a group of brilliant scientific minds can develop a complicated prosthetic device for marine animals, or that a freaking dolphin can find away to carry on after major life trauma and no tail fin!
Either way you look at it, this is one for the books – and continued proof that a) smart people can do anything they set their mind to, and b) dolphins are more human-like that we can ever imagine.
