    Amy,
    I just wanted to thank you for posting about me on your blog. This week I increased my swimming from 1/4 of a mile to 1/2 of a mile a day. I will be at the 1 mile a day in no time. It feels great. I am really enjoying reading your blog as well. You have some great stories here.
